Limitations

Standard training kit licensing grants the licensee organization the ability to facilitate training to their employees, contractors, partners, and associates within the guidelines contained in the licensing agreement/terms.

Training Kits cannot be used by third party trainers to facilitate training for clients regardless of whether such training results in profit.

Posting Training Materials Online or in Learning Management Systems

A standard license for our training materials/kits does not allow you to post training materials online or deploy through your Learning Management System. A special license is required for this. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Allowed Number of Locations / Trainers

The contents contained within the training kit cannot be shared or reproduced for the purpose of sharing.

The standard licensing allows the use of the materials at a single location by an unlimited number of trainers OR at multiple locations by a single trainer.

For example, if your company has a trainer that travels to multiple locations to facilitate training, only a single training kit license is required. Likewise, if you’re purchasing the kit to facilitate the training at a single location by multiple in-house trainers, only a single training kit license is required.

If you have three locations and each location has one or more trainers that will be facilitating the training, you will require three training kit licenses.

If you’ve purchased a single kit and send components of the kit to other locations for use by additional trainers, you would be in breach of the licensing terms and would be required to purchase an additional license.

Allowed Number of Employees / Trainees

An unlimited number of employees can be trained using our training kits as long as location/trainer provisions are adhered to.

Customizations

Standard licensing grants the licensee permission to customize all content contained within the kit that is in MS PowerPoint, MD Word, and other customizable formats. Student workbooks and Instructor’s manuals cannot be customized with a standard license.

Reproduction of Materials

The components contained within the training kits can be reprinted and distributed an unlimited number of times.
