Yes. California allows online training as long as it is interactive and meets state requirements for duration and content. The law also requires training to include interactive elements, such as questions, case studies, and examples. Our courses meet this criteria.
California law requires 1 hour of training for employees and 2 hours of training for supervisors and managers every two years. Supervisor training should also include information relating to prevention, promotion, enforcement, and accountability measures. Out worker version and supervisor version of the courses meet this criteria.

- Training dates
- Type of training (employee or supervisor)
- Proof of completion (certificate or acknowledgement)
Employers are responsible for ensuring compliance. If an employee provides proof of recent compliant training (within the last two years), it may be accepted. However, many employers retrain to reduce risk and liability.
California law requires employees and supervisors to complete sexual harassment prevention training at least once every two years. This means employers must provide refresher or renewal training before the two-year deadline to remain compliant.
