All employees must be trained — including full-time, part-time, temporary, seasonal workers, and interns. Supervisors and managers are also required to complete training that not only covers basic sexual harassment principles, but also prevention, promotion, , enforcement, and accountability measures.

Employers are responsible for ensuring compliance. If an employee provides proof of recent compliant training (within the last two years), it may be accepted. However, many employers retrain to reduce risk and liability.
