We stand by the quality of our training and are confident that you’ll be satisfied with all the products that we offer. In the event that you’re not satisfied with our products, we’ll offer refunds as long as the conditions below are met:

Online Training

Refunds will be granted when requested within 15days of your online course purchase or until you complete your course and are issued a certificate, whichever comes first. Refunds cannot be granted after 15 days.

Certificate Guarantee

In the unlikely event that your employer or legislative authority does not accept a certificate that you’ve been awarded through completing our training programs, we will provide you with a full refund. In most cases, evidence will be required to confirm that the certificate was not accepted.

Downloadable Training Materials

Refunds will be granted when requested within 7 days of purchase. Refunds cannot be granted after 7 days.

Course Licensing (Deployment Through Your LMS)

Due to the extensive opportunity for testing, potential customizations, etc., refunds will not be offered for course licensing purchased after the course licensing agreement has been signed.
