OSHA requires that electrical safety training be provided in a language and vocabulary that employees can understand. This means employers must ensure that employees fully comprehend the training content.

If you’re training Spanish-speaking workers, you need to provide them with Spanish electrical safety training. Providing English-language training to workers who don’t speak English does not meet OSHA’s training requirements.
