There is no limit to the number of employees that can be trained using our content, however, there are some limitations and scenarios where you will need to buy additional licenses.

The standard licensing allows the use of the materials at a single location by an unlimited number of trainers OR at multiple locations by a single trainer.

For example, if your company has a trainer that travels to multiple locations to facilitate training, only a single training bundle license is required. Likewise, if you’re purchasing the bundle to facilitate the training at a single location by multiple in-house trainers, only a single training kit license is required.

If you have three locations and each location has one or more trainers that will be facilitating the training, you will require three training bundle licenses.

If you’ve purchased a single bundle and send any of its contents to other locations for use by additional trainers, you would be in breach of the licensing terms and would be required to purchase an additional license.
